March meeting (AGM)

Post by Taz Ales »

The next meeting is on Monday the 7th of March, 8pm at the Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, King Street.
I'd like to start promptly at 8 so that we can get the AGM business out of the way as early as possible. The roles of chair and secretary both require filling, and so far I have received no nominations. Please could you send me any nominations as soon as possible. Please note that only full members are eligible to vote during the AGM, but new members (and existing members who have not yet paid) are welcome to sort out membership with Pete at the beginning of the meeting.

Agenda:
  • Introductions
    Ingredients swap
    Events
    Chairman's report
    Treasurer's report
Election of Committee (Chair and Secretary)
    AOB
    Break at the bar
    Tastings and feedback
