Hi everyone,

I have a best bitter I'd like to get feedback on as it's the first beer I've made in this style. It was made it on the 30th December and it's been conditioning for two and a half weeks so should be okay for critique.

Thanks,

Simon.

I can't make tonight.

However, rather sadly, I've been informed that Dave Bridges passed away on Friday. Please raise a glass to his memory.

Do you mean FluDavid from the club?!

I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

Shit, that is sad. He was very young, and a nice guy.

Oh geez. That is sad news. Only saw him last month as well, he gave me a bottle of his Cherry Saision. RIP Dave.

WTF! That is very sad news, thoughts are with his nearest and dearest.

Yeah such a nice guy, RIP Dave.

Do you know what happened Roger? Had he been ill, was it an accident?
