Hardly anything at all for me. I just fill a couple of 5 gallon buckets with water the night before brew day to let the chlorine evaporate. Sight: 6/10 - Pretty good clarity, a little condition
Aroma 7/10 - Honey and Spicy, a bit of tropical fruit
Taste 6/10 - Good malt / hop balance with some sweetness
Aftertaste 6/10 - dry, bitter finish, quite moreish
X-factor 6/10 - we would order a second, a good effort and very drinkable beer

Keynsham mostly... Sorry to Brewers Droop, but the quality and choice is much better at Homebrew Centre.

I'd love to be able to get in 25kg bags of Maris Otter, but I just don't have the space in my house to keep quantities.
