Good work. I happen to have one of those IKEA screens lying around as I bought one because it looked useful for brewing..

Lidl are currently stocking packs of petrus sours (6 bottles for £7.99) and a selection of corsendonk 4 packs (brown, pale and blonde) £6.99. They also have some of the stronger beers - piraat, gulden draak etc. The brislington store still had some in today despite my greedy bulk buying impulses. Ha...

Sorry, can't help with breweries but can confirm that wyeast strains work well. They come with a small nutrient pack which you smack to release. This gets the yeast working and ready to pitch when your wort is at the right temperature. If it's a wort below about 1050 you should be able to pitch dire...
