Whats happening to my hop aroma?
G'day, I would like to consult the collective experience, and wisdom available on this mighty forum, to try and improve my beer. My recent brew is some kind of strong pale ale/IPA. After a couple of weeks in the FV, I threw it into a secondary with 100g of NZ Wai-iti whole leaf hops. After a week, I...

Re: BCB BBQ 2015
I'm keen. It'll definitely be me, possibly +1, if the missus isn't tied up with work (sorry i can't be more certain). I will bring a Cornie of whatever's on the go at the time. Can't guarantee it'll be full, but if it's low, i'll chuck a tonne of delicious table sugar, and a sachet of 'can of goop' ...

Re: Where can i get a UK sold, stainless, wall mount, drip t
yeah, thought about something like that. You can even get holders, specifically to carry that kind of thing. Gave up in the end though, and went for this from the States: http://www.homebrewstuff.com/stainless-steel-drip-tray-6-x-12-wall-mount.html Everything in one neat package (although naturally,...

Where can i get a UK sold, stainless, wall mount, drip tray?
Been doing some serious googling trying to find a wall mounted, stainless steel, drip tray. The yanks sell plenty of it, but it's difficult to find one being sold from the UK. I am specifically after a 6" x 12", wall mounted version, such as this: http://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Steel-Wall...

Re: Seeking opinions on different kegorator tap options
Mate the offer of a drill/hole saw set is VERY generous! In this case, it's all good though. I managed to bring over all my tools, which includes drills and various hole saws. You have also reminded me about the potential (certain!) compression of the insulation. I'd forgotten all about that. There ...

Re: Seeking opinions on different kegorator tap options
oh, and the remote option, is not an option. This needs to be a discreet unit, sitting in the lounge room corner. The neater looking, the better.
The other half is being fairly liberal in letting me go this far (hence the bottle being stored inside the fridge, rather than a fourth tap...
